Rooms are located on the first floor at the top of a short spiral stairscase and offer marvellous views of the Angus Glens. Each room consists of a double bed (a cot is available on request), large fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, dressing table, TV and video, CD player, iron and board, hairdryer, and tea/coffee making facilities. A private shower room with W.C. and wash-hand basin is located next to each room.

Breakfast is served downstairs in the dining room.

Awaiting Scottish Tourist Board Inspection.

Rooms are available all year and cost £38 per night. Discounts are available for long stays.
